Our Rules

1. Privacy Management

Any personal information that we collect about you will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It will be securely encrypted and won’t be shared with sellers, merchants or any other third party. Please review our privacy policy here 

2. Deposit requirement

 You are required to pay a deposit of 500 USD per person per trip. If your booking is made within 30 days or less of the departure date then the full amount is payable at the time of booking. The deposit amount may vary for selected trips and special tours that may be run by us from time to time.

3. Booking Confirmation

As we receive the required deposit, we will issue you with a booking confirmation invoice.  A contract will exist between you and us from the date we issue the confirmation. Please refer to your booking confirmation invoice and/or email for details regarding final payments. 

4.Passport and visas  

We will provide information about the passport and visa requirements for your trip,  however,  you should confirm these with the relevant embassies and/or consulates.

It is your responsibility to  have in your possession all the required documentation and identification required for entry, departure and travel to each country or region you visit on your trip. This includes a valid passport and all travel documents required by us and/or the relevant governmental authorities including all visas, permits and certificates (including but not limited to vaccination or medical certificates) and insurance policies. Your passport must be valid 6 months after the last date of travel with us as set out on your itinerary.

You accept full responsibility for obtaining all such documents, visas and permits prior to the start of the trip, and you are solely responsible for all of the costs you incur as a result of missing or defective documentation. You also agree that you are responsible for the full amount of any loss or expense incurred by us that is a direct result of your failure to secure or be in possession of proper travel documentation.

5.Travel Insurance 

Travel insurance is mandatory for all our travelers. And must be taken out at the time of booking. Your travel insurance must provide cover against personal accident, death, medical expenses and emergency repatriation with a recommended minimum coverage of US$200,000 for medical and emergency expenses. We also strongly recommend it covers cancellation, curtailment, personal liability and loss of luggage and personal effects. If you have travel insurance connected to your credit card or bank account please ensure you have details of the participating insurer, the insurance policy number and emergency contact number with you rather than the bank’s name and credit card details.

6. Tour Cancellation 

Your holiday may be cancelled if you fail to make payment of your deposit on time.

Morocco Culture Travel reserves the right to cancel the tour at any time if we feel that the safety of the travelers may be compromised. The refund of all payments received constitutes a full settlement
